The International Olympic Committee announced that Softball was included on the shortlist of sports to be considered for inclusion in the 2020 Olympic sports programme. Show your support for Softball by voting in SportsPro Media’s current poll: http://www.sportspromedia.com/news/poll/ Women's softball was featured on the Olympic programme starting in Atlanta in 1996 and continued until Beijing in 2008 but was dropped, along with baseball, for the 2012 London Games.
